Dear Family and Friends,
This week we had another baptism!!!! WHOOOOO HOOO!!! It went great and Elder Abril had the opportunity to baptize Sister Abigail. We found her name in our Area Book ( a collection of records of investigators, ward members, recent converts, less-active members, basically all about the progress of that area updated by the missionaries) listed as a former investigator (someone who was an investigator but was dropped). When we met her she said that she was ready for the lessons, and shortly after she gained a huge desire and love for the gospel. This has been a testament to me of what it means to update, and why its important. This is for the missionaries who are reading this, and if you haven't already heard this hear it is: "If you don't update the Area Book, you don't understand the Atonement". If we do not take the time to record the progress of our investigators, then what are we here for? We are accountable for the daughters and sons of God, and we play a giant part in their salvation. If you don't already, update the area book. Please.

In other news, I have recently experimented and found that I make some pretty good fried rice, or the elders in our house like to call it, "fire rice". The special ingrediant behind my "fire rice" and reason for its name is: SILI (native chili peppers). Most of you know that I like spicy food, so when I make "fire rice" I really want fire, so I put more than I really need. Now for those who don't know how to make fried rice here's a quick run-down:
ELDER JOHNSON'S FIRE RICE
INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups of Rice
1 Egg
1/2 of an Onion
1-7 Sili or pepper of your choice (I prefer 7 or 8 for my fire rice)
1 Tbsp of Vinegar (its what gives it its kick, Dad, that's for you)
Soy sauce
Oil
Vegetables of your choice
Water (for after you finish eating it)
1: Make some rice as you would normally
2: Chop up onions, Sili, and vegetables
3: In a hot pan, warm up oil, and fry the vegetable mix until it smells good (A little sketch, I know).
4: Add rice, and stir violently (can't think of another word)
5: After 3 minutes add a scrambled egg, and stir violently again.
6: Serve, eat, be happy, and enjoy water as needed
I love you all! Talk to you next week!
